I am writing to express the appreciation of S2insight for the wonderful work of Webcast 1. Back in August we considered several alternatives for design of our logo, stationery, business cards, and website. After evaluating a number of firms, we chose Webcast 1. We thought it would make best sense to start with the logo, and use it to evaluate the skill and performance of your team.

Manny Badillo was our contact for logo design. I really enjoyed working with Manny as he led us through the process of creation and review. What really impressed me was his responsiveness combined with a desire to develop a logo that we were excited about. Even though he had other customers to deal with, he gave us terrific service and support throughout the process. We have received a number of complements on our logo, stationery and business cards, and I want to thank Manny and his team for their terrific work!

Since the logo was a success, we chose Webcast 1 to develop our website. You may have already seen it, but if not I suggest you check it out at www.s2insight.com. As in the case of our logo, the result speaks for itself. However, it wouldn’t have turned out this well without the patience and dedication of Cicely Burns. Although I had hoped to continue working with Manny due to our good experience, I found Cicely (one of your website experts) to be terrific! (Webcast 1 apparently hires good people.) She project managed the development and kept me informed at all times. At one point I found an odd behavior (when viewing the site from a computer running the XP operating system. The problem wasn’t evident on a Windows 2000 machine. Cicely spent the time necessary to trace down this odd behavior even though the site was nominally working. Her persistence paid off and now the site works the same under every OS.

Congratulations on building such a strong team! We will be back for further services in the future. Also, feel free to use S2insight as a reference with potential customers.
